The pump stopped working halfway through

I heard great things, but this is just way too thick for my face. It leaves a heavy, wax-like feeling on my T-zone that I just can't get past. It might be good for body use, but not for my face.

Lacks any real active ingredients

I guess I expected more for the price point. It’s basically just basic wax and water. It doesn't brighten or help with fine lines at all, so I feel like I need to buy extra serums anyway.

Wish it had sunscreen included

The formula is fine, but it’s annoying that I have to layer another product on top for SPF protection. It’s a bit of a hassle in the morning when I'm in a rush. It’s an okay moisturizer, but not a complete solution.

Bottle arrived cracked

The plastic of the container feels very cheap and brittle. Mine arrived with a crack in the side, leaking cream all over the box. Very disappointed in the packaging quality.
